                               SPORTURI
  De Vancea Fabian 7A

  Eu am ales aceasta tema deoarece sportul e sanatos pentru corpul nostru si pentru mentinerea greutatii. Acest articol prezinta cateva sporturi practicate de diferite persoane si motivele pentru care sportul este important pentru viata noastra.
    Prin sport se intelege miscarea fizica a omului pentru a fi sanatos.
Unele sporturi pot fi facute de o singura persoana sau de mai multe persoane.
Cele practicate de o singura persoana ar putea fi:
1.Culturism
2.Gimnastica
3.Golf
4.Ciclism
   Iar cele care sunt practicate de mai multe persoane ar putea fi:
1.Hochei pe gheata
2.Paintball
3.Fotbal
    Sportul este sanatos din orice punct de vedere. Ajuta la slabire (in caz ca esti supraponderal,etc). E important sa facem cel putin 30 de minute de sport  pe zi.
   Parerea mea e ca sportul are o importanta foarte mare in vietile noastre.

I have chose this theme because I believe that doing sports is healthy for the human body and for maintaining the body weight. This article prezents some sports practiced by various people and the reasons for which sport is important in our lives.
Doing sport means doing physical work in order to be healthy.
Some sports can be done by one person, others by more people.
Some of the sports practiced by one person are: body building, gymnastics, golf, cyclism
Some of the sports practiced by teams are: ice hockey, paintball, football, etc.
Doing sport is healthy from all points of view. It helps people lose weight (for over-weight people). It is important to do at least 30 minutes of sport each day.
I believe that doing sport is very important in our lives.
