articolului este somnul. Am ales aceasta tema pentru ca multi dintre noi avem
intrebari despre somn, de exemplu : “Cu
ce ne ajuta ?’’, “De ce trebuie sa
dormim?’’
Dormim noapte de orece corpurile noaste s-au
adaptat astfe in cat sa fie active in timpul zilei. De asemena, noi vedem bine
in timpul zilei cand este lumina .
Creierul ne spune cand dormim. Creierul nostrum contine un ceas biologic cand dormim cu ajutorul a 50.000
de celule nervosae care functioneza si se comporta ca un ceas desteptator spunadu-i corpulu ce sa faca in anumite
momente din zi.

spunandu-ne cand e zi si cand e noapte sau cand sa dormim si cand sa ne trezim.

The topic of the article
is sleep. I chose this theme because many of us have questions about sleep, for
example: "help us with that?", "why should we sleep?".
