Calisthenics sunt
niste serii de exercitii folosite pentru a creste puterea, forta si balansul
sau un exercitiu ritmic repetat care foloseste greutatea corpului ca rezistenta
pentru exercitiile sistematice pentru atingerea puterii-elegante sau
practicarea exercitiilor calistenice. Am ales sa scriu despre Calistenie deoarece exercitiile acestea ma ajuta in legutura cu muschii
Numele
de ‘’Calistenie’’ vine din originea greaca, o combinatie a cuvintelor ‘’frumos’’
si ‘’putere’’.
Concluzie: Calistenia
este recomandata in general pentru o sanatate buna, exercitii usoare
intentionate sa promoveze fitness-ul fizic general.

Calisthenics is a series
of exercises used to develop strength, power and balance or
a repeated rhythmical exercise that uses the weight of the body as
resistance or the systematic exercises for attaining strength-gracefulness or
the practice of calisthenic exercises. I decided to write about Chalistenics because these exercises helps me about the muscles.
The name calisthenics is Greek in origin, a
combination of the words 'beauty' and 'strength'.
Conclusion: Calisthenics is recommended for general good healt, light exercices designed to promote general physical fitness.
